the market match promotional game

OBJECTIVE:

To create a marketing game to increase foot traffic and sales for the Western Fair District. We had to create a game, promotional materials, as well as web and print elements.

PROCESS:

This was a group project with 3 of my fellow students. For our sales promotion game, we wanted to focus on The Market which takes place every weekend at the Western Fair District, and used cool colours and custom illustrations for a winter theme. I was in control of the web design portion of this project, and I used our illustrations, fonts, and colours from the style guide we collectively made. Since we were targeting families I wanted to keep the designs simple and clean, primarily using illustrations. I used Figma to create a landing page for web and mobile, as well as a prize tracker and gameplay information screen.
